Along the way, they learn that Aru is the reincarnation of one of the Pandava brothers, heroes from the Hindu epic, the Mahabharata. Aru and Mini must find the other reincarnated Pandavas and retrieve their divine weapons to stand a chance against the Sleeper.
As they travel through the Otherworld, Aru and Mini encounter various gods and creatures from Hindu mythology. They face numerous trials, including a battle with a demon, a visit to the Kingdom of Death, and a confrontation with a powerful serpent. Throughout their journey, Aru learns the importance of honesty, bravery, and friendship.
Confronting the Sleeper
After overcoming many obstacles, Aru and Mini finally locate the other Pandavas and retrieve their weapons. Armed with their newfound powers, they return to the Museum to confront the Sleeper.
